Albert Lea Fair Weekend Services – On August 7^th & 8^th, Crossroads will have services the following times:

Saturday, 6:30pm in the Zone

Sunday 8:30am (note new time)

Sunday Fairservice at Fairgrounds 10:00am

30 Days of PRAYER & fasting FOR OUR SEARCH TEAM

The Crossroads Family is called to fasting and prayer for God’s guidance and blessing upon our Senior Pastor Search Team.  Please commit the month of July to asking God to guide and bless our Search Team and our congregation, so that we seek His wisdom in the selection of our next Senior Pastor.

Town Hall Meeting – Crossroads will be holding a Town Hall discussion meeting on Thursday, July 22^nd at 6:30pm in the Family Theatre to talk about the direction and philosophy of ministry of the church.

Communion Coordinator Needed – Crossroads is in need of a couple of individuals to help coordinate communion each month.  Please call Pastor Bill or Kaleb Hurley at 377-3276.

Would you like prayer?  After the service, prayer ministers will be waiting in the prayer room at the south end of the Worship Center to pray with anyone who has a need.  In addition, if you would like to schedule a time to meet with the prayer team, please call the church office at 507-377-3276. 

Mosaic (student leaders) will meet once a month during the summer months. The dates are July 21st and August 18th.
Students meet at 6:30 p.m. to plan summer activities and then adult youth leaders will meet at 8:00 p.m. (Parents who are interested in helping are welcome!).

Assistance Dinner – To share Christ’s love, Crossroads will be hosting fund-raising dinners on July 25^th and August 1^st immediately after church to help families in need. Plan on sticking around after the 10:30 service and providing a free-will donation for the shared meal we will be having together to express Christ’s love to one another.  If you would like to be involved, call Dale Grotsun at 383-2766.

Essentials Class will be meeting this Sunday at 10:30 AM in W2. Pastor Bill Miller & Charlie Olson will be teaching on the fifth doctrinal statement.  You are invited to join us in a 10-week Bible reading plan this summer that focuses on the essentials of the Christian Faith. There will be an opportunity on Sunday mornings for those who are participating in this study to share questions and insights. The study material is based on the 10 Statements of Faith of the Evangelical Free Church of America.  Everyone is welcome - no prior Bible knowledge is required. 

Dare to Care – Crossroads Care Ministry consists of a team of people motivated by love and mercy.  Their desire is to provide confidential, Biblical based support and encouragement to those experiencing pain or difficulties, whether big or small.  This team has committed over a year of their time to training and learning how to be that Christ-like support to people.  If you would like to be contacted by someone from the Dare to Care Ministry Team, there is a check box on the blue insert card in the bulletin each week or you can call the church office at 377-3276.
