Ministry Way is where you can use your spiritual gifts to make a difference for eternity.

On Ministry Way, we will help you to discover the unique spiritual abilities that God has given you through your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Ministry Way is the place where you can stretch your faith muscles and get out there and do something for Jesus! Ministry Way begins with the SHAPE group, and helps you merge your life and gifting with the local church needs at Crossroads, or the church at-large in the world. You will be paired up with a coach who will interview you and help you to discover your spiritual gifts. Then we will give you a chance to ‘try it’ at several different ministries until you find one you like.

How to discover your perfect SHAPE for ministry:

S = Spiritual Gifts
H = Heart desires
A = Abilities
P = Personality
E = Experiences

1. Take the Spiritual Gifts Inventory here.  Print up your results and bring them in to the interview.
   • (If you don't want to take the on-line version, here is a slightly different version, which you can download and print-up (7pages). 
   • And here are definitions of the spiritual gifts (17pages).
     
     
2. Contact either Steve McKenney or Cindy Westendorf & request a Ministry Merge Interview. 
   
   
3. Meet with one of several trained interviewers and discover how God has SHAPEd you for service to Him.
   
   Currently qualified interviewers are:

   • Susie Petersen
   • Sara Jensen
     
4. Try your hand at a ministry for a limited time to see if it's a fit.
   
   
5. We will keep working with you until you are satisfied & assured of God's calling on your life.
