Mission Statement
Crossroad’s Women’s Ministry exists to provide a strong, stable and encouraging environment for women of all ages and stages, to experience authentic, Christ-centered community.
 
Vision Statement

Our vision is to touch the lives of women of all ages and sharing our God-given gifts and talents throughout our community by offering a variety of learning and relational, Spirit-filled opportunities.
 
Core Values:

Intentional Love-
We will value each woman through the transforming power and love of Jesus Christ, accepting each one as a unique and special creation of God.

Building-
 Our focus is on wholeness and healthy balance in all areas of life, through consistent study of God’s Word and prayer.

Confidentiality-
 We will respect each other by keeping confidential the things shared in order to provide an atmosphere of trust and openness.

Servanthood-
 We will encourage women in the body and in the community to love and serve with excellence.
